Caring For Your Thermometer:

1. Chassis Surface: Keep the surface clean and dry by wiping the dirt off the thermometer with a clean soft cloth or with a lightly-moisten cotton swab.
2. Sensor and Probe Cavity:  Use a clean soft cloth or cotton swab with some alcohol. Gently wipe the probe cavity or the top of the sensor. Do not use the thermometer until the alcohol has evaporated completely.
