1. How do I maintain the mat?

The yoga mat is rugged and designed for indoor and outdoor activities. They are made from durable suede+TPE natural tree rubber.  It is safe, Eco-friendly, soft, elastic, tear resistant, splash and water-proof.


To ensure the longevity of its use, it is advisable to perform regular cleaning.

1. Normal: Spray on mat with very mild detergent and clean with dry cloth.
2. Dirty mat: Use damp cloth and wipe with mild detergent.  Clean surface gently.  Rinse with water.  Wipe and dry.
3. Very dirty mat: Soak mat in bathtub with cold water and detergent.  Scrub surface with cloth. Spray with water. Wipe and dry thoroughly.


Maintenance:
1. Avoid prolonged exposure to the Sun.
2. Store in a cool place away from high heat.
3. Regular cleaning as described above

2. Other than using the mat for Yoga, what else can I use it for?

The mat is specifically designed for Yoga and Pilates.  Although it can be used as an alternative cushioning pad for gymnastics and fitness exercises like sit-ups, benching and others, it is highly recommended for Yoga and Pilates.

3. Are they suitable for children?

Most definitely.  Suitable for use by both genders and people of all ages.

4. How do I choose the size?

There is only one size.  The dimension is 183cm x 61cm.
5. Can I return it if I don't find it unsuitable?

Due to hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns and take back the merchandise as we are unable to ascertain where it had been or what it was used for.

6. How long does it take to ship and arrive at my doorstep?
